Using the qualitative ethnographic methodology of direct observation, tools from Neuro Linguistic Programming and Neuro Semantics, personal experiences, metaphors, allegories, and deep personal introspection the author answered the research question: The book lays out 16 steps for implementing the model and is useful to CEOs, leaders, personal and leadership development consultants and for HR. In doing this he prised open the black box of the lived experience of the strategic leader. What do CEOs do, how do they do it and how do they think about what they do?
