In an area reserved for covert activities, out of view of tourists, I met with General Cedras in his Citadel office. Dressed in the eerie, Jesuit, dark, hooded robe, Cedras completed Casey's «Chameleon» book scramble scenario as we walked through the ancient structure to his office.
