The book analyzes the Rights of prisoners upon incarceration. The book goes on to show that the state has a duty to provide for conjugal rights of prisoners so as to safeguard the marital rights of every prisoner as well the rights of the law abiding spouse and the children who are not incarcerated. It is a critical analysis of the fact that once one is put behind bars there is a basic residium of rights upon which the state cannot encroach, and these include the right to marry and found a family. Further the book examines the advantages that are deeply embedded in the provision of conjugal rights to prisoners such as prevention of rape, institutional homosexuality, and the spread of HIV and AIDS in prisons, the reduction of recidivism rates and safeguarding the dignity of prisoners and most importantly safeguarding the family which is the most important unit in society that cannot be over emphasized.

The Rights of Minorities
One of these is the Council of Europe' s Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities. Rural Growth Centres in Southwest-Uganda. Development in the eyes of people
Therefore a survey was carried out using multidisciplinary perspectives in order to verify people' s demands and key factors determining rural development. Significant in this study is that the voices of the people themselves were made heard.
