Описание: | After publication of earlier work, we and several other groups replicated and extended findings of abnormal attention for non-traumatic information in PTSD. This thesis developed this area of work in two ways: (a) it used event-related potentials recorded from a dense scalp topography (using 128 scalp electrodes) and new methods of topographic analysis, and (b) it examined several components of cognitive function in PTSD, including selective attention, working memory, and target detection.
