Помимо этого, история болезни является и юридическим документом. Написание академической истории болезни имеет несколько другие цели. Студент должен продемонстрировать все приобретенные им навыки и знания. Целью написания истории болезни при изучении курса пропедевтики внутренних болезней является отражение знаний, полученных им при изучении предмета, способности выявления симптомов и обобщения их в синдромы на основании данных, полученных при обследовании. История болезни должна отражать ознакомление студента с классической методикой исследования всех органов и систем организма, особенностями расспроса при различных заболеваниях. As such, Alzheimer' s disease and type 2 diabetes can be categorized as conformational diseases. Alzheimer' s disease and type 2 diabetes are two devastating diseases that are expected to reach global epidemic proportions in the near future. Currently, treatments for them only provide limited symptomatic relief, highlighting the incomplete understanding of their etiologies. Previously, epidemiological studies have shown that patients with type 2 diabetes are more likely to develop Alzheimer' s disease. However, the definitive reason for this remains largely unknown.

Similarly, Polanyi emphasised the distinction between large scale ' General Purpose Money' and smaller scale non-national ‘Special Purpose Currencies' (SPCs). Smaller scale currency institutions, particularly when sponsored by local communities, may offer potential models for more participatory forms of monetary governance. This study applies established governance principles to monetary decision-making, highlighting the importance of regulatory frameworks, transparency, accountability and direct participatory input for all stakeholders (currency users). It further explores whether national regulations and scale inhibit attempts by monetary institutions to allow full stakeholder access to monetary governance. Shared Monetary Governance (SMG) is affected by three interrelated factors: national regulatory frameworks, internal decision-making processes, and scale. The study' s findings imply that a multi-level interconnected monetary system which includes community-based, national and international currencies may facilitate greatest stakeholder access.
